Mr. Tim Pratt Dear Tim, I want to thank you and your staff for the excellent service provided me when I brought in my sick computer this past Saturday. When I left the store m I was told that someone would call me within five business days about my problem. To my surprise When I arrived home Saturday afternoon, there was a message on my answering machine that they had diagnosed the problem and could have the computer ready for me that afternoon. At the BNI meetings you always said that you prided yourself on giving great service. Well you certainly proved yourself.
